π Today, on the auspicious Janmashtami Purnima day, the Puja Pandas perform Mangalarpan at the abode of Jagannath, Mudirasta Balabhadra, and Patimahapatra Subhadra in the morning.
π The Garabadu (servants) hand over all the items for Mangalarpan to the devotees.
π After the Doorlagi and Pushpanjali (offering of flowers) by the lamps, the Pahanidi (procession carrying the deities) of the Sri Vigrahas begins. The Ganta (bell) will ring and the Chhatar (umbrella) will be held.
